The staff was amazing.The dining...

Liked: Location. Location. We were able to walk everywhere
Disliked: No parking for my truck. Had to park off the property and the parking was very expensive

staff good location good hotel...

Liked: had a oversize truck did not fit in underground parking was able to find parking for me
Disliked: nothing with hotel but booking .com site there was 7 of us in 2 rooms booking .com said breakfast included but did not say was for 2 people per room. better off not getting breakfast with hotel when you have more than 2 in a room

Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great central location, which made it easy to explore Ottawa’s main attractions on foot.

Unsatisfied customer

Liked: Nothing, it was a normal thing
Disliked: Screen without an external connection, couldn't connect my computer or phone to do some work.Couldn't watch any game in my room. The life in the room was boring.Nothing did value my money
