Liked: Location is ok, downtown.
Disliked: The facilities are quite old ,toilet is too low.The valet parking service was inefficient and caused unnecessary delays.The bed was too soft and too high, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.The towels provided had visible mold stains, which was very concerning.No delay checkout.

Liked: Excellent customer service. The breakfast was good and worth it. The location was very convenient — approximately a 10-minute walk to Parliament Hill, and about 15–20 minutes to both the Canadian Museum of Nature and ByWard Market.

Pleasant

Liked: Rooms are outdated, but bedding was clean and comfortable. Great buffet style breakfast with chef ready to make your omelet of your choice.
Disliked: Old carpets in the rooms. If we compare with Niagara Sheraton this one seems below all expectations.
