I'm disappointed!

Disliked: In the internet and also in the brochures in the room the availability of a sauna is announced. According to the hotel staff, the sauna has been closed some time ago. Why does it take so long to change the advertising material. I would expect that a Sheraton hotel shuld have accurate information material

Liked: Service is good. Breakfast is great.
Disliked: Carpet in the room seem old now. Time to either replace them or a deep deep wash clean is required. Steam clean maybe.

Great location

Liked: Location was good and next to public transport options. Did not see the restaurant, outside area, conference room or fitness. But overall it has a lit of great options. Friendly people at the desk.
Disliked: Not that clean (stains on floor and a part of the showerstand fell off during showering) and pricey compared to what you get. No bench or anything for my dog. Did not find the bed comfortable (soft soft pillows).
