Liked: Great location in Times Square. Near the Shubert Theater and Central Park. Great rate. Upgraded us to Sheraton member card and gave us free Wifi. Starbucks in lobby. Nice rooms.
Disliked: Our toilet didn't always flush and we had to jiggle that thing in the toilet tank to get it to fill with water. The housekeeper never replenished our washcloths.

This hotel was okay, but would look at other options before staying here again.
Liked: Location and baggage check.
Disliked: Unfriendly staff at registration and check out. Plus, comforter and bedskirt were dirty.

Although I had booked (3 nights) and paid extra for a King Bed, wifi and free bottled water, I received two doubles, wifi and NO water. I had to ask the concierge the next morning. My fridge was NOT restocked on a daily basis. I was originally charged for the waters and other random things, but had it corrected at checkout. Hotel room was clean and renovated. Would've been nice to have had fridge space for miscellaneous items. Would return again. Doormen were friendly and very helpful. Great location to Times Square, city tours, entertainment and food.
Liked: Staff was friendly and professional. Location was great!
Disliked: Didn't get the room I paid for. No pool.

Very good
Liked: Great location. Easy walk to the Times Square attractions and transportation options. Good gym.
Disliked: The additional entrances/exits are under repair.

I don't recommend this hotel!
Liked: only location
Disliked: The queue at the check-in desk is huge both at the entrance and at the exit. it is impossible to leave things in the luggage room for free if you arrive early (and no one will check you in early, even for 1 hour) or want to walk around the city after eviction. This is only for money, each bag must be paid for separately! parking is also paid and there is no discount from the hotel. We indicated at the time of booking that there were 3 people in the room and paid for the breakfast included option. But breakfast was not provided for the third person, only for a separate fee! There was a door from our room to another room, just bolted. We didn't go in there. but it would be terribly unpleasant for me to live in a room that strangers can easily get into.

Just a room to shower,...
Liked: The ONLY positive thing about this hotel was it's central location. There was a main subway station at the corner of the hotel. Central Park a few blocks in one direction and Time Square a few blocks in the other. Lots of cafe's, places to grab a bite and shopping galore.
Disliked: 1. There are long lines and wait times to check in most of the day and night. We had a horrible time checking in but I thought it was because our flight was delayed and by the time we got to the hotel there was only one person working behind the desk due to it being the middle of the night, but after seeing lines throughout the days and evenings during our stay, I can see that wasn't the case. 2. We had requested to have 2 extra blankets in our room and they weren't there. Since we saw how busy the front desk person was when we got checked in, we figured we wouldn't bother the "reception" desk with this request that night. The following evening we called to ask for those blankets and the lady on the phone was very bothered with my request and very rudely argued with me when I explained to her that we had requested them in advance. A few minutes later, someone knocks on our door and after all that, brings us 1! It wasn't worth the grief for me to call again so I left it alone. 3. The room we had booked was for 2 queen beds, walking into the room, it was very apparent that the beds in the room were not "queen sized" but more like a full size mattress so my kids and I were not comfortable, to where my girls ended up sleeping on the floor - hence the extra blankets being needed. 4. I usually keep the room very clean and don't like to have our room cleaned everyday during a multiple night stay so after the first night I didn't request room service. The second day I gathered all the trash, changed trash bags, separated the recyclable containers in another bag, put all the used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor and left all our luggage picked up and put away in the closet so that they can come in with fresh linens / towels and maybe vacuum. When we got back that evening, we had clean towels but the beds had only been remade with the same sheets and blankets that were previously on them.

Poor employee service experience
Liked: I liked the food at the market, delicious and exquisite. The housekeeping service was very good.
Disliked: The service of the employees and the treatment they give to you, especially those at the reception, is tenacious, lousy, bad, they are rude, they have no customer service at all, they are pedantic, unhelpful and they make you have a terrible experience.

Disliked: The staff is very rude, The Ac dint workHotel is under rennovation so there is no lobby Grossly understaffed, One restaurant is only for breakfast operating until 10.30am, which had queues, there is a bar and restaurant with limited menu that opended at 4.30pm until 11.30pm, no room service, they did not even have a hot water kettle in the room
