Exceptional

Liked: The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. The concierge desk helped provide information and hold on to our luggage as we explored the city before our cruise and then our flight. I would expect that this is the hotel that I will stay at the next time I visit New Orleans.

Liked: Close to everything. Walking distance to ALL bars and restaurants and bourbon. Lyft was on $10-$12 to get around
Disliked: I loved everything

Liked: Location, upgrade into high level floor with fantastic view, professional reception staff, very clean and comfortable rooms and beds
