Great stay!

Liked: Location was great. The staff was very helpful. We never waited more than 30 seconds for an elevator, it was great compared to other hotels. The valet was great. Enjoyed everything about this hotel.
Disliked: We ordered room service at night, and it took a long time.

Disliked: My room did not have a refrigerator. It took them two days to bring one. And when they brought the refrigerator it did not work. It never closed

Liked: The bar area is always my family's favorite spot to meet, eat, and drink. The speed of the elevators is second to none. I like that after a certain time, you had to show your room key to security.
Disliked: The bathtubs are in need of an upgrade. I wanted to pay for my room as soon as I got there and the lady that checked me in wasn't too sure on how I could do that. She gave me some wrong information which would habe resulted in me paying for something I wasn't suppose to pay for. Another gentleman stepped in and corrected the issue.

Liked: I felt uncomfortable because after having paid well for the two-night stay they kept charging me a lot of money from the card.
