Beautiful, but will choose a...

Liked: The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the lobby.
Disliked: You can hear every conversation in the rooms beside you, which I didn’t realize until after I’d had private conversations I wish others could not have heard. We also asked for a balcony, non-courtyard view, and a walk-in shower (this is easier for my 6’3’’ spouse), and we received the opposite of all three… a patio connecting to the courtyard (had to worry about two external and accessible doors at night), view of the courtyard (this is much less private than the requested view), and a tub shower. The staff member we requested extra towels from was also extremely rude to us, but the man who checked us in was kind.

Liked: The valet guys were so kind and that is the only reason I gave above 1
Disliked: There was dark hair all over the bathroom and in the shower. The people next to us were smoking and there was a sticker on the door that said 200 fine for smoking. It made our bathroom stink and we couldn’t go in our balcony or we smelled like smoke. We called the hotel desk and nothing happened they continued to smoke the entire stay

Exceptional

Liked: Came here for the St. Jude Rock n Roll run. The location is close to the airport, not so much to downtown/Broadway. But I enjoy the location. All rooms have balconies, which I truly loved and was amazed by. This hotel has everything you need. Bed was comfortable as well. Will stay here again.

Liked: About the only thing I like was the hot tub and indoor pool. And I loved the dressing on the Ceasar salad.
Disliked: The parking lot was packed and I am handicap and people was parking handicap that wasn't handicap. I didn't complain because I was tired and I couldn't walk far as it was. They put me on the 4th floor in front of the building and had to park way in the back of the building., I told them I was handicap and with an oxygen tube hanging out of my nose, you would think that one would be observant, and AGAIN IF they didn't have a room closer, then AGAIN,, I SOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD!!! Also wrong menu on the website, , had to go around about that for awhile, called front desk to connect with restaurant, kept getting a recording about hours only, and they didn't do room service like the website said, so I had to get in my car, (handicap an all,) an drive to a restaurant!! Also I had asked for a walk in shower because I AM HANDICAP, and didn't get that either! And if there wasn't any available, then I should of been told that!!! Haven't got my bill yet to see if any unauthorized charges are on it yet, BUT I'm expecting there probably will be, there usually are!! The doors on the elevator was so disgusting, and to think for the money I paid for that room, it should of been immaculate! So people please investigate more than I did, or you'll probably be sorry to...

Liked: Customer service was excellent. Rooms/bathroom were clean. The whole hotel is very nice. I will be staying again.
