Liked: Excellent Stay After a Long Drive - Pet Friendly & Great Location!After a long drive in from the border, I was thrilled to find this hotel-pet-friendly with convenient valet parking right on the premises. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth after a tiring journey.The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, which was exactly what I needed to relax. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring Monterrey, with easy access to sightseeing spots.I highly recommend this hotel to travelers, especially those with pets. A fantastic stay overall-great service, comfort, and convenience!

Liked: It was only for one night but it was pleasant. Everything is close and plenty to walk around shopping as well as food. Santa Lucia is walking distance that was great. Would stay again definitely

Disliked: For the price, they really need to update everything. Linens were dirty, counters in the room were not wiped clean after previous guest use, floors not vacuumed. After waiting in a very long line to check in, I was given a room that was not properly cleaned. They gave me another room, the bedding was questionable, but the floors were a mess… clearly not vacuumed after the previous guest.
