Sheraton Mission Valley San Diego Hotel

I will not be back...

Liked: Nothing. I did not enjoy my stay here.
Disliked: This hotel was horrible. It’s outdated and messy. The free water in the lobby is disgusting. The spout on the container for the water is rusted, giving the water a copper taste. The elevators only work when they want to. Leaving myself and my family trapped, stuck on the second floor for 5 minutes. The rooms are musty. The floors need shampooing. The room was hot and the AC was not working. Rips and tears in the curtains. Also I booked for 4 people yet received towels only enough for 2. This hotel also has false advertising as it is started Breakfast included. Just to find out we needed to pay extra for breakfast. Horrible stay.

Disappointing

Liked: That I had a place to stay for the night.
Disliked: Dirty, smelly, bed was horribly uncomfortable, it was noisy and they charged me way to much for that experience.
