Liked: 10 out of 10 - an extremely well run hotel. The breakfast choices were delicious. When in Milan again, I will want to stay here again. Also - the gym is 24/7 as someone who likes to keep fit - this was wonderful. Swam once in the outside pool and watched swallows swooping and smelled jasmine from the gardens- joyful grazie

My stay at Sheraton Milan...

Disliked: I recently stayed at the Sheraton Milan San Siro and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, this was the first time I’ve been dissatisfied with both the hotel and its service.Shower Issues:The shampoo holder in the shower was not fixed properly and needs repair or replacement.The shower head and holder also need to be replaced, as the water flow was insufficient.The bath screen, which is a single panel, was not fixed properly, causing water to spill out during showers.Room Furniture:The table in the room was unstable. It was fixed with a piece of paper, but it remained wobbly and unsafe to use.Lost Item:I left my t-shirt in the dresser and, after realizing it two days later, I called the hotel and provided all my contact information. Despite this, I have yet to receive any updates regarding the status of my forgotten item.Considering all these issues, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and the lack of proper customer service. This stay, unfortunately, did not meet the standards I expect from a Marriott Group. My rating is 1 out of 10, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
