Good

Liked: The hotel facilities are great, an older hotel which was built in 1969. In a great location near the Angel We also made use of the gym which had many options.Breakfast was wonderful!
Disliked: I had breakfast included which was a self serve buffet and I found it strange how the waiters would ask for a tip. I have been around the world several times and that was the first time I encountered that.

Liked: The location is excellent, restaurants are close, the Castle, and the museum are very close. 15 minutes from Polanco.

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel several times before but this time the room seemed very dated and in need of a remodel.
Disliked: The temperature controls were non existent, either hot or cold with way too much customize. The sofa looks like it belongs in the trash as well as verse dated decor.
