Liked: The staff and the location. Also, they aceptar pets.
Disliked: It was very good.

This is NOT a five...

Liked: The only thing going for this hotel is its location.
Disliked: The property is old and dated. Bathrooms are poor with hard to control water temperature and in room air conditioning is so noisy you cannot sleep. Carpets are stained and the furniture is old and tired. Don’t be fooled by the photos the rooftop pool is tiny and I certainly didn’t want to spend any time there. You are better off booking a four star hotel nearby.

Liked: The hotel in general was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff friendly. Their attention to details was lacking. We reserved a queen bed and got a double and after a sleepless night asked to be upgraded to a king. The front desk representative said she had to email someone to find out if they had availability. It took all day to find out that they could upgrade but after several follow-ups by me. The housekeeper for both rooms did not leave us any coffee pods for the nice espresso machine in the room the entire stay. We had to request them to be sent to the room. Very annoying. The fixtures in the bathrooms are old and barely hanging on.

Be careful when you stay...

Liked: Had to change the rooms ...always stay in the new wing "business wing".My rate with booking.com was NOT adhered to.. overcharge of +$350 was put on the performa when I checked in. I had to get it corrected .Even on the final charge on the Invoice plus charge on the card there is a $50 overcharge...which i had to dispute with my bank/card.

Liked: It has a great central location, attentive concierge, clean rooms with crispy sheets, individual A/C, and lots of water. The Club Lounge is very nice, has comfy seats, relaxing environment, and offers a great selection of snacks and drinks. Strong Wi-Fi is everywhere. Definitely recommended! A+++!
