It was fine other than...

Liked: The electrical was out of sync. In order for my phone to charge the lights had to be on. This meant I had to sleep all night with a light on. Not a great experience.
Disliked: Fix the outlets on the charging station on the night stands

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite
Disliked: Nothing

Decent stay

Liked: Sheraton stay, as expected. Decently cleaned for a hotel (I know staff is limited on time per room) . Good location
Disliked: Front desk staff wasn't present & had to wait a few minutes, this isn't a big deal. However when Chris arrived I was completely ignored & just glossed over me, a single female who had been waiting prior, to try to help the gentleman behind me. Like I said he was a gentleman & informed him I too was waiting to check in. I wouldn't have been bothered as much as it did if I hadn't been standing so close to the front desk & right in front of Chris & had made eye contact with me.

Liked: The property is nice and I like how they are renovating the rooms and painting the building
Disliked: I was very disappointed about how the inside bar is not open at 11 am no more and the hotel makes their guests go outside to the outside bar and it’s so hot outside it was miserable the bartender said we were the only guest that he had for the day I will never come back here again until this changes back
