Nice hotel, but housekeeping started knocking at the door at 10 a.m. and then every 30 minutes til we left. Checkout was before noon. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

Liked: The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I felt safe here, and they have valet parking, and I knew my car was safe in the parking garage.

Disliked: Bathtub was old and paint was flaking, should be resurfaced.

Liked: The hotel stay were terrible. The room is ready here all in the bathroom. The bed was terrible. It was sucking in the middle location. It was downtown Memphis awful

Liked: I believe one of the front desk managers, african American lady grated us an early check in. We came from denver for the nuggets / grizz game which started at 230 so we really needed to get up and change. She and her agent were more than ok with assisting
