Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel

Nice hotel, but housekeeping started knocking at the door at 10 a.m. and then every 30 minutes til we left. Checkout was before noon. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

Liked: Convenient.
Disliked: Crowded.

Disliked: There were several doors that appeared to have been forced open and were in a poor state and this was a little disconcerting.

Liked: No ac for entire week in our room n lots others..elevaters daily breaking down.tried dbl charging me n many others.mgrz don't care as hotel for sell. No free coffee in am.$8 a cup n 7dlrs btl water..allows smoking at both entrances n valet daily parked cars on wheelchair ramps.
Disliked: Read above.. room at 9pm still 89degrees horrible

Overall we were pleased.

Liked: Everything was clean and up to date
Disliked: The air in our room didn’t seem to be doing a very well job. It was very hot throughout the night and we had it as low as it would go. The location of the vent in our room was very awkward as it was tucked away in a high corner on the back side of the room, not allowing air flow in throughout the room.
