Nice hotel, but housekeeping started knocking at the door at 10 a.m. and then every 30 minutes til we left. Checkout was before noon. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

Liked: Breakfast was really good with a lot of choises. Service was excellent. Location was good but i wouldnt say walkable to downtown.

Disliked: The hotel had no parking nor valet Memphis is too dangerous to have to park off the property for parking

Liked: Location and view on the elevator. Beautiful view inside the hotel.
Disliked: Checking in was long no room were ready.

Disliked: Our room wasnt ready by check in time and the lady at the front desk was pretty rude about my questions about that. But the check out lady was a gem!

Liked: Room clean and comfy. Door man was AWSOME!Restaurant staff and food was great.
Disliked: Asked for a view of Memphis verafied it with the rude front desk then got a view of the lobby above the Bar and Restaurant. Very loud in our room until closing. Ck in Staff/front desk not helpful, gave us wrong information when asked questions. In general acted like we were bothering them.
