Liked: The beds are soo comfortable and the room and bathroom are huge

Liked: Room was comfortable.
Disliked: Distinct lack of friendliness. Room staff did not replace used glasses. Bed was thrown together. Did not leave additional toilet paper. Upon arrival we had to request additional towels. Only one towel in the room.

Very comfortable and clean hotel.
Liked: The biscuits and gravy!!! I wanted to dump the biscuits in the serving bowl of gravy and go to town. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms are of ample size.
Disliked: I did not like that I had to pay $26.00 for parking. If I?m paying $199 a night, there should be some benefit of parking at no cost...or a minimal cost.

Liked: Lovely comfortable room.
Disliked: Confusing to book Sheraton but arrive and everything be signposted as Marriott and think your at the wrong hotel. Service at breakfast wasn't great. The bathroom was covered in hair.

Comfortable hotel in a good...
Liked: Great location for Memphis. Not in a noisy neighbourhood. Valet parking
Disliked: A/C system was old and very noisy so had to turn it off.

A little out of the...
Liked: Good breakfast, we ordered a la cart. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Somewhat isolated, immediate area is next to convention center with limited dining and shopping nearby. However, the trolley to Beale Street is very convenient.Expensive parking at hotel.

Liked: Nice clean room
Disliked: They tried to charge me double for parking and a different rate then what I was already booked through Booking.com. I got the manager to fix it.

The room was nice, but...
Liked: I love the location.
Disliked: I did not like the check-in and check-out experience. Line for that process was too long. The hotel needed more staff at the front desk. The hotel attempted to charge me $300 more even after I showed them my confirmation information multiple times with the agreed upon rate that I booked online. I feel like during certain events in the area that staff should increase to accommodate the extra traffic. Eventually the issue was resolved, but it was still a hassle.
