Disliked: Car parking was unavailable due to a protest made for a long walk with luggage.

Dirty, broken bathroom, TERRIBLE BREAKFAST...

Disliked: The bathroom was dirty with mould and broken tiles, the plumbing was terrible and the sink wouldn’t drain. The staff didn’t allow for our late check-out and our keys stopped working 2 hours before check-out, almost causing us to miss our flight. The breakfast was TERRIBLE. Absolutely rubbish. It was a massive waste of money and nothing like the other Sheraton hotels I have stayed in overseas.

Disliked: Well where should i start is it from the service were clearly they have shortage of staff or is it from the cleanliness of the room were we entered and found a hair tie on the floor and the carpet dirty and dust all over the place or is it from the old layout and overused amenities in the room like cabinets or the tv or the bath or is it that you have to request to get soap to wash your hands when you check in the room or is it from the dumpster truck beside the building that kept us awake all night because of the poor insulation of the rooms or is it from the bad smell in the hallways of the hotel and poor understanding and service from the staff you be the judge overall i would rate my stay 1/10

Liked: It was clean and close to where we needed to be
Disliked: The buffet breakfast was not great, no cutlery we had to ask staff and wait while our food went cold, poorly laid out could not find items easily, not a big selection like other buffet breakfasts. The mattress was hard and the pillows were flat.
