Exceptional

Not the expected luxury

Wouldn't recommend

Liked: Pool was niceBath was nice to have
Disliked: Breakfast buffet didn't offer a lot of options and it was expensive at 42pp and wasn't very nice either Beds were not comfortable And if you LGBT+ wouldn't recommend staying here as we got a lot of looks and treated us different

Liked: Everything was beautiful and staff were extremely helpful and friendly

Superb

Tired, outdated policies.

Liked: Beautiful room. Perfect location. Lovely facilities.
Disliked: Upon arrival I was unable to check in as the room was in my husband's name. I had identification and all of the booking details on my phone, still unable. The GENIUS solution was for me to call him and have him verify my identity. How, on Earth, would your staff know his voice, I could have dialled anybody? They asked him ZERO identifying questions, just asked if he would ALLOW his wife to check in. It's 2025, this wasn't safety or privacy it was demeaning and embarrassing. There were two other women near me who agreed that it was nonsense. We do not intend to return until your company drags itself into the modern age!
