Good evening, I would never...

Liked: Good evening, I would never prefer anyone to stay in this hotel. The building is beautiful from the outside, but when you enter the hotel, you find that you have entered a disco. The receptionist was very quiet, but she looked exhausted from the number of people near the reception desk and talking loudly. Well, I arrived late at 7:30 in the evening. I received the room key and I was supposed to receive a card explaining to me that I would get a free breakfast based on my reservation of the room through the internet. I did not take just a card. I was asked to scan it by phone. Well, I went up to the room and was surprised by the opposite of what I expected. First, the room was completely different from what was on the website. The covers were very untidy. In addition, there were no coffee or sugar bags. Of course, I will be asked why you did not speak, sir. I sent a message to the hotel management, but no one has answered me yet. Well, I gave in to sleep because I only wanted to sleep because I was tired from a flight and I had another flight the next day. If something happens The last time the police came to the room next to me and started knocking on the door and they opened it and said we are the police and they started investigating with the owner of the room next to me and of course I couldn’t sleep I sent another message to the hotel did anyone answer me of course you know the answer no one of course the next day I left at ten in the morning because I couldn’t sleep well at all I was exhausted and the bed is next to the door and the sounds of doors opening and closing make it impossible for anyone to sleep thank you for the experience and I will never repeat it again thank you for not caring about the customer even though I sent you a message more than once but no one from you took the trouble to even call or send a single message
