Liked: The staff tried to be helpful.
Disliked: I requested an early check in at 1PM and my request was rejected, so we were under the impression that by 3PM we will get checked in (hotel standard check in time). However, it took longer. If it was not for my wife who is facing disability issues and using a wheelchair, it might have been accepted. But I communicated my wife's case to the hotel when requested early check in but it was not considered neither when I sent the request, nor when we showed up and had to wait to get the room ready.

Liked: Location is excellent. Pool and general environs
Disliked: Feels tired. Room aircon unit needed repair which was done, pillows lumpy and needed to be changed but replacements not much better. Parking very expensive
