Liked: I liked my server in the restaurant, Paola. she was friendly and attentive
Disliked: if your going to put a clock in the room, you should set the time.the channels were too few and no hallmark channelthe price of the room didn't include breakfast. breakfast is standard at all price points in that area so you need to rethink offering breakfast with all rooms. lastly, the mother's day brunch was canceled, don't do that. if your going to offer something like that market it properly and don't wimp out at the last minute. you put a hold on my credit card for 2 bottles of aquafina water? please for a $25 deposit offer something worth the money, Zephyrhills water, sodas snacks. You act like your the 4 seasons but you deliver services like the best western. this location doesn't even have a rooms with view so either get a more realistic view of what this hotel offers or start offering service levels worthy of the Sheraton brand. for heavens sake you have the cheapest coffee makers in the room. you can't upgrade to keurigs. even Holiday Inn brand hotels offer a keurig in the room. large selection of TV channels including the hallmark channels and breakfast at every price point

Liked: Breakfast was probably the best I have eaten in at a motel. The room was very clean, bed comfortable. The location was awesome because it was just tucked into a spot that was out of the busy part Jacksonville.
Disliked: We thought the restaurant would be available for us to eat dinner at on Saturday night. It was there but only one person working.... the Bartender. We left the motel to eat, and it was late by then and was really hard to find somewhere to eat that we didn't have to wait and hour. That was the only thing that disappointed us. Why advertise that you have a restaurant and not have the staff to work it.
