Overall the building was very...

Liked: Friendly
Disliked: The stairways were trashed with gross unidentifiable material on the railings and walls. This was from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor.Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:00am, checkout was 12:00.

Disliked: We had a dirty rag that was folded clean for us that had pubs in it. And the hot tub wasn't operating which is the reason we came in the first place.

Pretty terrible. Couldn’t sleep and...

Liked: Not much. It looked alright in the lobby area but the room was not as pictured. The gym was what I was most excited about but 3 different treadmills kept saying they couldn’t “detect” me on it.
Disliked: It was so hot in the room I turned the air conditioner ALL THE WAY DOWN with the fan on High and it still didn’t do anything! It was hot and we sweated all night.Also the light from the fridge is veryyyy bright and blue so we had to cover it with a bed sheet in the most ridiculous way just to not be blinded by it at night.It was so uncomfortable and the AC unit was in the corner of the room facing the other corner next to the window. Completely nonsensical and it never cooled the roommate down at all. the beds were the worst I’ve slept in at any hotel.The whole experience was generally pretty miserable and I would never stay here again.
