Liked: Breakfast was standard fare and too expensive for what was provided. The staff/server was excellent.
Disliked: I couldn’t believe that free Wi-Fi was not included. As a consequence, I will not stay at this Sheridan in the future.

Great facility overall

Liked: Everything with the room was fine; there were plenty of lights around the room, the water in the shower came out hot in a matter of seconds and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. They also serve complimentary coffee/tea and muffins on Sunday mornings.
Disliked: This was to be expected, but as we were there for the eclipse, the room rate was higher the closer you got to the day of the eclipse. Compared to other places that charged even more, it was still a good value given the circumstances.

Liked: The beds were soft and the sheets were crisp. The bar was a nightmare with people standing everywhere. I understand the bartender called off and the 2 women who were doing an exceptional job when not trained to bartend but it was the same the next night with a real bartender. A lot of people were walking away because of the wait, Check in was a breeze. The outdoor patio area was great to hang after hours and chat or smoke. And the hotel did an exceptional job with the eclipse party from the drinks to the themed music. That was a lot of fun.
Disliked: See comments above. The bar was so understaffed for this event and a lot of money was lost due to the wait.
