Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel

Really nice looking hotel. Outdated, scary elevators that must be used to get to the parking area. Terribly annoying construction outside started early and didn't stop. Awesome pool top area with great views of downtown. Update the garage elevators and nix the construction and all is peachy.

Liked: Very nice rooftop lounge/pool setup on 9th floor!
Disliked: Loud construction noise started at 8am! Right outside room. Pretty annoying.

Great location; friendliness; handicapped showers were terrible - floors would get very slippery; more comfortable beds; need benches outside for people to sit. But the staff was the best - fun and very welcoming. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Liked: The staff was the greatest.
Disliked: More variety at restaurants.

It was okay.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: When I checked in and got up to my room.. it wasn’t the king bed like I paid for. No communication or anything just put me with 2 full beds. When asking the front desk, they stated booking is over booking them for king suits and they didn’t have anymore available. That should’ve been communicated when I was checking in instead of just placing me in a room I didn’t pay for.

Disliked: Didn't have our room ready. Said they'd call when it was ready and they didn't. Gave us a key to the wrong room where other people were staying. Didn't have the parking garage available but didn't let us know. The entry room was under construction and there was no info about that.

Disliked: Not even remotely as pictured. Very old and dated. Lock on door of room came undone easily. Could slightly open door even with deadbolt on. I was on the 16th floor and could still hear EVERYTHING outside. A/C did not work. Tub did not drain. Under construction and lots of noise. The pool area was not maintained. The hotel parking garage was not open and forced to use the valet service which was terrible. Slow car return and “misplaced” my car not once but twice. Hotel and valet service are two completely different companies so no way to get customer service with valet problems.
