Disliked: I call to change my service to have my room change on Saturday but no one came till Monday on check out day. Also, we where itching found out the mattress was peed out from someone else and they did not change it good at all.

Liked: Location was great, check in-out process was smooth, great gym and pool
Disliked: Clogged drains (bathtub and sink). No extra tissue boxes. No cleaning service came by neither of the days.

Liked: The property was very easy to access and very well kept.
Disliked: Restaurant / Bar needed another employee to help. I went to get a drink and some food on Saturday at 5:00 to take to my room and the bartender was new. It seemed like he had been turned loose with little to no training. I got a beer and went outside to drink it when I went back inside to get another he had a log jam of people waiting because he was struggling with the register for 1 customer. After a very long wait I decided to go elsewhere to get food. Besides that, the hotel and staff were great. Trisha at the front desk was an absolute joy to talk to and very helpful. She is a definite asset to the Hotel.
