Sheraton Hotel Metairie New Orleans

The staff was very attentive and professional. Our room was on the Club Level which included complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast. The room was much larger than expected with a sitting area and huge bathroom. We were very pleased with our stay.

Liked: Everything was super clean and put together.
Disliked: The thermostat in my room did not work, I was freezing until I cut it off completely and that's when the room started warming up. It didn't matter how many times we cut it off and turned on and tried to put the heat on, the heat would still decrease the heat in the room by just blowing out cold air. So we cut it off entirely to be comfortable for the rest of the night
