Liked: Bedding and bed; bar staff was very good too.

Liked: Clean, comfortable room.
Disliked: Shuttle service and breakfast would have been nice.

Our stay was amazing! The room was spotless and quiet. We really appreciated the wonderful shuttle service available. We went to a concert downtown and didn't have to worry about driving and parking or getting a cab. Highly suggested for the convenience and fantastic service from all the employees that we talked with!

Liked: The staff was so friendly and really made me feel welcomed. The housekeepers were great, the front desk attendants were nice, and the bartender at the Hub was amazing! The room was quiet and peaceful. The outdoor area was nice and had lots of seating. The location was great, very quiet but also a quick ride to downtown.
Disliked: The pool and game area were under construction and we weren't notified at all. They did let us know that we could use their sister location's pool next door at the Fairfield, but the pool there was smaller, unheated, and didn't have a hot tub. There was a ton of nats and other bugs outside, that also made their way inside. Could definitely use a bug fogging to cut down on them. Also the bed didn't have a comforter, just a top sheet and a thin coverlet. I know with it getting warmer maybe not everyone would mind, but my mom who was sharing the room was freezing.

Liked: The complimentary transportation was very helpful and saved us so much in Uber fees. The drivers were so friendly! The location was great, a 8-10 minute drive from downtown. The beds were very comfortable, the gym was huge so you didn’t feel crowded with others in there with you.
Disliked: The breakfast food wasn’t the best and service was slow in the morning for the cost. Complimentary breakfast would have been great and less work on their end to staff.
