We stayed one night and...

Liked: The Sheraton Hartford South was a great stay. The facility was clean and the room was extremely comfortable. We stayed in a double room which was perfect for a family of 3. Breakfast in the hotel was rather pricy.

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet.
Disliked: The total we were given on receipt was different than what we were charged. We left the room very clean

Liked: The pool was big.
Disliked: The picture for this listing has a jacuzzi in the pool area, when in fact it does not! They must have gotten rid of it.

Liked: The staff and the location are great!
Disliked: The hotel has not been updated since 2013 and it shows. The place is dated and is in major need of updates. The price for the room does not correspond to what you are getting. Additionally, the new management tacked on a $75 pet fee for what???
