Stayed here several times but...

Liked: location
Disliked: check in person unfriendly- rude- would not help me find my rewards number-could barely hear/understand her heavily accent speech.room carpet filthy- water ran cold after a few minutes- hallway carpet dirty- needs new/fresh paint in hall walls/door frames banged up.

adequate only

Liked: Location was great for the wedding we attended across the street. Starbucks coffee was good.
Disliked: The hotel is dated. The bathroom on the first floor was unavailable during the trip, the people at the bar where not friendly the rooms where small and dated. The elevator had advertisements in it, this was too much.

Liked: The pool and location
Disliked: The staff, maintenance could’ve been a lot better! and the hospitality of the staff. Some staff members were rude or really nonchalant about things I’ve asked for

Liked: Breakfast
Disliked: Dirty pool/ jacuzzi

Passable

Disliked: The toilet was way too low to the floor. I had a hard time standing back up after using it.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was amazing and super helpful.
Disliked: Nothing

We were in town for...

Liked: Our room was comfortable. It was close to our venue.
Disliked: The toilet made a really loud clank when you flushed, scaring me every time. I wish there was a small microwave in the room. The bar where we met for cocktails was extremely loud and we could not hear each other talk. We left early because of that.
