On the last days of...

Liked: The size of the room and layout, the view of the park, size of bathroom was great. The daily house cleaning service was much appreciated! the sauna and the steam room were excellent! Plus the close proximity to many Galleries, shopping, sightseeing and the Parks was excellent!
Disliked: The pools was NOT deep enough. The hottub was NOT hot enough. It was NOT explained to us that the menu for dining room was different than the Room service menu so when we returned late one evening and had just enough time to be served in Dining Room, we were disappointed that the menu was different.

Disliked: I had a la carte breakfast. It was terrible- lukewarm pancakes, very stingy serving and extremely expensive

Liked: Location is opposite to Hyde Park so you can see a great view. Staffs were nice and well responsive. Good buffet breakfast, variety of choice and tasty.
Disliked: Room was not so clean especially in the bathroom, there was dust on some shelves and the hair dryer.
