Disliked: They dont get all information from booking.com. i have informed, booking.com about my child and his age, still they dont hv full information. When we checking out they make me confused, try to charge me the extra person service and extra bed and we dont get any extra bed, and my child stay was free according their website.

Liked: Gorgeous executive room, comfortable, well-appointed. Beautiful building and decor. Club Lounge was fab though we didn't know it was open 24 hours a day, so missed out on going a few times. Location is utterly superb. Staff were nice.
Disliked: Reception was perennially manic and there's not enough seating for guests who have to wait. Room was a little dark and view was disappointing, straight into office windows a few metres away. Some of the fixtures are tired - the toilet needs replacing, really - buttons don't work well and the basin design is bizarre. When you use the, water goes all over the countertop.We went for a drink at 7pm before heading to a show and were told the bar closes at 7pm. They still served us but we found this - confounding. Why so early?
