Liked: The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable.
Disliked: The staff kept trying to charge us for an additional bed that had already been included at no additional charge. We also paid extra for a room with a view but because we were down on the eighth floor, there wasn't really a view.

Disliked: No hot water in the shower. Floor was like it hadn’t been vacuumed with food all over the floor. We found another guests clothing down the side of the luggage table. Booked for 2 adults and 1 child and was not supplied with adequate towels/toiletries. Paid over $500 for the room, holding fee and parking and was offered a partial discount due to dissatisfaction, only for the hotel to charge me both the final room rate as well as the initial $500+. Made unauthorised transactions onto our account when we asked how much something was but didn’t agree to purchase it. My 2 year old daughter slipped and fell on her hip as there was no anti slip mat at the entry/exit ladder at the pool. Really really unhappy and disappointed. Took almost 2 weeks for my refund to land back in my account. Was essentially told to suck it up and deal with it because we got a cheaper rate through booking.com
