Check in was great; the staff was excellent. Spacious and Covid safe lobby - everyone was wearing a mask. Starbucks in the hotel made coffee and snacks easy.

Disliked: None.

Liked: Staff was friendly for how bad of a guest my group was.
Disliked: Parking $50/day; wifi is $10 for 24 hours; no breakfast; no hot tub; shower didn't work.

Great location

Liked: Great location, 10 minutes walk to harbour, good size room and big bed. Had use of executive lounge.
Disliked: Executive lounge did not have much choice of snacks, and no alcohol available at any time. We also had an item removed from our room, though hotel did agree to reimburse us.

location was great, food was...

Disliked: My swim in the pool was spoiled to some extent by rowdy children jumping in and tossing each other across the pool. Parents were there but did nothing to stop the kids.

Great location but high fees

Liked: Great location, clean facilities, nice gym
Disliked: The resort charge is high given the amenities. They provide the $20 daily credit which forces you to use the bar (not the restaurants) and the Starbucks to feel like the fee is worthwhile. It’s just a hotel, not a beach or mountain resort with other specialized amenities.

Liked: Loved the premium club amenities! Great assortment of snacks, juices, coffee and sodas. Everything was well stocked All day and the staff was so nice , worked hard to keep everything clean. The salt water pool was very nice , lots of towels available. The gym was large and clean. AND let's not forget about those views from the 35th floor!
Disliked: Boo! For No jacuzzi
