Liked: The location is amazing. Close to everything you could ever want to do in Seattle.
Disliked: Parking is terrible. My vehicle was vandalized and had to towed. We found large black hairs in our towels and on our soaps (we are blonde) They did not care about that and were rude & argumentative.

Liked: The building is beautiful, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. We have never stayed in such a nice place. It was a real treat.

Liked: Price was very affordable. The lobby is elegant and the room was modern and very clean. Just a short walk from Fisherman?s Market and the monorail which took us straight to the Space Needle. I will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The parking was shut down for some reason so we had to park across the street.

Easily avoided disappointment
Liked: The location is probably great when/if the surrounding shopping and entertainment is able to get back to normal.
Disliked: We selected this property primarily because of the 35th floor pool. We did not see any mention of the pool or associated facilities being shut down when we booked. In fact there wasn't so much as a regret letter posted in the lobby or elevator when we arrived. Only a very curt employee once we came back down from our room and inquired. It is of course understandable that some of the facilities might not be available, but with the lack of other ways to entertain an 11 year old in Seattle when it's in such a state as it is; this was a heavy disappointment. Especially when we could have made better arrangements elsewhere. We felt duped. With so many other options with nicer rooms and friendlier staff, I do not anticipate that we'll be giving this hotel a second chance in the future.
