Sheraton Grand Seattle

Check in was great; the staff was excellent. Spacious and Covid safe lobby - everyone was wearing a mask. Starbucks in the hotel made coffee and snacks easy.

Disliked: None.

Liked: Staff was friendly for how bad of a guest my group was.
Disliked: Parking $50/day; wifi is $10 for 24 hours; no breakfast; no hot tub; shower didn't work.

The pool on the top floor was a lot of fun with the view of the city all around you.

Liked: Nice quiet rooms with a great view of the city!

Liked: Everything else.
Disliked: Broken shower faucet!

Going to an event downtown...

Liked: I wanted to be as close, comfortable, and luxurious to the event I attended during my stay. Sheraton Grand was my top option. Valet parking was very helpful. Staff was courteous and professional. It was like one big treat for myself.
Disliked: The ice machine didn't work on the 6th floor, so I went to another floor. I ordered food twice to my room - an okay option if my intent was not to leave the room. Other than that, it was everything I wanted in a central Seattle stay.

Liked: The lobby Starbucks is a nice amenity. Netflix on the TV is convenient. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional.
Disliked: The area of town is a little concerning. With noticeable hard drug use nearby. But ultimately not surprising. And the price with city fees and taxes is little high. Yet also not surprising

Great location, convenient and available...

Liked: Proximity to various locations including restaurants, and other tourist attractions. Also enjoyed credits for certain designated restaurants and Uber.
Disliked: Would like to have had a gift shop to purchase items needed.
