Check in was great; the staff was excellent. Spacious and Covid safe lobby - everyone was wearing a mask. Starbucks in the hotel made coffee and snacks easy.
Disliked: None.

Liked: Staff was friendly for how bad of a guest my group was.
Disliked: Parking $50/day; wifi is $10 for 24 hours; no breakfast; no hot tub; shower didn't work.

The pool on the top floor was a lot of fun with the view of the city all around you.

Fair but not worth the...
Disliked: lack of in-house dining facilities for light late dinner and breakfast offerings. We had to go out in the dark and walk 3 blocks to find dinner at a reasonable price. In downtown Seattle! Starbucks needs to enlarge their facility and get a few more people and equipment to handle the breakfast load. Our food came out way before our coffee drinks were ready!

Exceptional
Liked: Everything was great! The staff was friendly, had some questions about a few things they answered all my questions that I had. Overall, stay was phenomenal!
Disliked: One down side was that there wasn't a microwave; so when you had leftovers you couldn't heat them up. But other than that everything else was excellent!

Seattle to Alaska!
Liked: Beautiful building and welcoming staff. The bellmen, especially Jesse and Mohamed were the best we’ve ever encountered. Our king size room was perfect except for the glitch with the AC.
Disliked: Restaurants were not family oriented. Very sparse in selections.

Liked: I loved the corner room because there were windows and views from 2 sides. The room was very spacious. It was bright, clean and open. I liked that there was a mini fridge. The bathroom was very clean and no issues with the toilet or graut.
Disliked: It would have been nice if there had been additional beverages in the room. There was one bottle of water and a small coffee maker. Having several bottles of water or a stocked mini fridge with beverages would have been a bonus. I didn't see an ice machine or a drink vending machine anywhere and was too tired to try to find one. Having it in the room would have been fantastic.
