Sheraton Grand Seattle

Check in was great; the staff was excellent. Spacious and Covid safe lobby - everyone was wearing a mask. Starbucks in the hotel made coffee and snacks easy.

Disliked: None.

Liked: Staff was friendly for how bad of a guest my group was.
Disliked: Parking $50/day; wifi is $10 for 24 hours; no breakfast; no hot tub; shower didn't work.

The pool on the top floor was a lot of fun with the view of the city all around you.

Liked: Nice quiet rooms with a great view of the city!

Liked: Everything else.
Disliked: Broken shower faucet!

Disliked: Check-in: so-so, Lounge: evening not good (food out of stock, chaos, charge for alkoholic drinks, 20$ extra charge does not apply in Lounge, lack of staff in lounge, food poor compared to Hyatt lounges, morning overcroweded and understaffed, etc....

Liked: In the heart of downtown and easily walkable to all the sights.
Disliked: Too many Morgan Wallen fans. Almost didn’t know I was in Seattle. So many boots and cowboy hats.

Disliked: Bathtub is dirty. Room cleaning service is bad. My room doesn’t refill the daily supplies like coffee, coffee cups and the garbage cans were not empty. Mandatory daily $20 credit, make customers all lined up in Starbucks for almost one hour.
