Liked: Parking several blocks away in parking garage. Twenty dollars extra to park.

Liked: Location of the hotel and room cleaniness.
Disliked: Over prized valet and ridiculous meal prizes. I also did not like the bar closing at 9:30 or 10 whatever time it was, too soon.

Liked: Historic brick exterior. Great location. Nice, open lobby and bar. Business area was great. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious.
Disliked: Pool area is small and separate from bar with just a few chairs. Wished it had more of a resort feel like the Hyatt across the street. Registration girl who checked us in was a bit rude but all the other desk staff were awesome.

Liked: This hotel far exceeded my expectations with customer service, cleanliness, upgraded features, comfort, and exterior beauty. Do you only challenge was inconvenient parking (a block away).

Liked: Bed comfortable, room clean, everything was awsome
Disliked: Only downfall was charged $20 for parking. That was unknown when booked and might of been a deal breaker due to step price already.

Liked: Staff, location, ambience. There was a fire alarm due to someone pulling out the fire extinguisher and shooting it all over- in 20 minutes the staff had the alarms off and it was all quiet again.
Disliked: The front desk people can be curt as they seem overworked. I put out the card to not have my room cleaned and I was supposed to receive a voucher, I didn't. They gave it to me but curtly.

Liked: The location and the view of the city from the room.
Disliked: The hotel staff seemed to be just going through the motions. The internet was at an additional cost. Parking was the next street over and cost $20. Overall this was a two or three star hotel experience. You'd expect more from the Sheraton.
