We loved staying here. Very nice place. We checked in and had a place to be and didn't get back into the room later. The Crowne Plaza is a very nice stay for the price. I will stay here again if we are in the area and will recommend to other people. Wish we could have enjoyed the pool and dining area before the end of the night.

Liked: Very clean and a lot of extra amenities.

Liked: The shower had mold and filth built up on it.The toilet was broken and kept having to take the tank cover off to flush.I got a late check out and breakfast vouchers and spoke to staff that morning. I was not told that I would have to get new keys after noon. The bathroom in the pool area was closed and we were on the 5th floor, waiting on elevator to go up with little children, only to be locked out of our room and told to come BACK down for new keys!Over all the stay was okay but communication could have solved a lot

Amazing. Comfortable. Relaxing.

Liked: Everything was amazing. From the pool and hot tub, the restaurant. You guys made my kids feel safe and welcome. Thank you for a much needed break.
