Liked: Lovely inviting venue, amazing view looking out over the ocean. The reception staff and concierge were wonderful. Friendly, helpful and customer focused.
Disliked: Starting to see wear and tear in the venue - bumps and scrapes on walls, doors, furniture. Water and water damage in the tunnels through the car park - felt like I shouldn't be there, although it was a way for guests to walk from one area to another. In our room, little things like a damaged soap holder in the shower and a cupboard door to the fridge that wouldn't shut made me feel that my 'treat' to spend $400 and stay at the hotel of my dreams had a slight 'bubble' burst for me :( This was my first stay ever and I would stay again, but the hotel is in need of some early TLC in places.

Wonderful stay. F&B and activities...

Liked: Awesome location right next to the beach, loved the restaurants and pool area
Disliked: Very dated rooms. Some buildings looking very tired
