Average. Ive stayed in better...
Liked: The lobby/reception is pleasant.
Disliked: The hotel would have been awesome in the early 90s. It’s tired and old and needs a renovation. Rooms were grubby and poorly maintained. Pool was very dirty and had broken tiles and looked very average. Everything in the hotel needs a good clean and proper maintenance. Food was expensive and average. Not 5 Stars at all.

Beautiful place to stay.
Liked: The staff at the buffet each morning were fantastic!! Attentive, helpful with my baby and friendly.
Disliked: Expected a bit more in the rooms for the price you pay.

It was ok/fair, not so...
Liked: Close to beachIce and water station
Disliked: Showing wear and tear, smell in the hallway carpeted areas. It’s not really 5 stars, may need to compare to the now 5 star and 4 star competition local to the region. Room, food, ammenities …Buffet did not have enough Asian options for breakfast unlike others. Basic options not a stand out. People lined up , tables free but not cleared or set up. Priority has to get people to their tables especially when there are tables. Counter is often left unmanned. Line up and awaiting area with table turned around should be refreshed and streamline. Room for improvement and a better look.Staff was not courteous, sympathic, or helpful when I locked keys and wallet with my ID in the room. Bordering on rude to my daughter is a doctor and spoke good English and my partner who spoke less until I stepped in. I.e. proof of ID for replacement room key. Perhaps they could ask a series of questions like full names, address, email, mobile phone #….when checked in and out…to check while ID is locked in the room, and then go with them to open room and access keys and id in room.
