Loved the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet costs are steep, but you are downtown Los Angeles.

Liked: The staff, the room and the restaurant.
Disliked: The faucet in the bathroom. It is too short and water goes all over the counter.

Close to concert venue (Club Nokia). Clean and comfortable. Courteous and helpful staff. Parking is a bit weird, but i guess that's normal for LA.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Being a StarWood Preferred Member also got us on the top 3 floors and 4 pillows on each bed! The TV screen did not work but the maintenance crew was there in 10 minutes to check it and when we told him we didn't really care and were there for a concert, he said they would replace it when we left. Also was given free parking by the desk and that was worth $28. All in all a great deal for the price - would stay here again.

Liked: Very attentive staff at desk/maintenance/lobby.
Disliked: None.

Not the best stay

Liked: Close to stores and restaurants. Can walk to Target, chick fil-a etc
Disliked: They sent security to my room due to a “high balance” when I went to the front desk they didn’t know what was going on. He then checked and said it was for parking and I had to pay $94 dollars since I’m staying an “extra night” although I booked 3 nights not two so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just charge me the full amount when I checked in. It was so embarrassing that security had to come for $94 dollars they said they tried reaching me they never called my phone. It honestly ruined my trip especially since check was also complicated. The hotel was nice and clean but I felt like I couldn’t relax after that.
