Sheraton Grand Chicago

We came up for a family gathering. While we were the only ones at The Sheraton, we were very pleased with our accommodation and amenities.

Liked: Check in was quick, easy and very friendly staff. The room was very clean and nice. The hotel location was excellent for walking.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: No soda in vending machines. No carts to haul luggage $30: convenient free for what...$15 free not usableFree parking online .. $70 once arrived Valet parking advertised online...not on arrival

Disliked: Breakfast was included in my reservation but for some reason I can't explain, Booking.com removed it from my final confirmation.Hotel was not able to honor it even after I tried to explain several times (by phone and at the front desk) what happened.

It was fine.

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: I asked when reserving if I could have an early check in, and got no response. When I got there to check in, I had to pay extra. An amenities fee was charged to my account and it wasn’t necessary, we didn’t use it. The room didn’t have a fridge in it and the bathtub was slanted.

Liked: The room that I got, it was very dirty under the bed very dusty bedding were dirty One of the beds was missing. A blanket was not the same as the other the bed.
Disliked: My key did not work to open the room door twice and they make me come downstairs and took forever for them to fix it. I told him if they could do it faster. I have my kid in the hallway upstairs. That wanted to use the bathroom, but they were just keep telling me to hold on. First was a girl then it was a guy and then he went and asked help another girl. It was 3 different people and they couldn’t get fixed my key
