Disliked: The room was average nothing to the star rating booked. The hallway was loud. Walls were thin. Didn't sleep well. Little bugs in the room on the walls. Bathroom shower wasn't very big.

Amazing time away from everyone....

Liked: I enjoyed the Aji spa, the hotel room was great also.
Disliked: The pillows were a little flat had to use 3 just to be comfortable, I expected more from a Sheraton. I've had better pillows at a cheaper establishment.

Great location and wonderful respect...

Liked: The staff was great at the lobby bar/restaurant, with recommendations for activities and things to do. The grounds were gorgeous and very clean and interesting. The art and walking trails were great.
Disliked: The room we had was not the best. It was loud at least the first night because across from the closet where they kept things, and it was handicapped set up, which we didn’t need. Also could have been cleaner. The housekeeping team worked hard but seemed a bit understaffed because they were really rushing and seemed stressed.
