Liked: The cleanliness of the room was ok. (except for the ants)
Disliked: The total of our stay would sum up around usd 1500, but the reception demanded to block usd 2500 from our credit card upon check-in. When we said we needed our credit limit because we were tourists, the manager said ok we will only block 1500, but when we checked our card balance that night we saw that they went ahead and blocked usd 2500.It is nearly impossible to find a parking space at the facility when you come late from Disneyland parks at night. Although the parking lot is quite large, you somehow cannot find an empty spot. We were initially given a room on second floor that was on the furthest end of a long L shaped corridor that had air conditioning views. We could not get any sleep that night due to the noise coming from the huge A/C machines. Upon our request, they changed our room to fourth floor the next day. This next room had a toilet that did not flush. It took the hotel three whole days to solve this problem. It was particularly difficult because we were a family of four. There were ants all over the room. Also, the rooms were not properly lit. Finally, the staff at breakfast openly demanded tip on the first morning. We were going to stay for 8 nights, so we thought it would be ok to show our appreciation on the last day of our stay. When they were not tipped on the first morning, they stopped providing us service on the remaining seven days. Needles to say that we did not leave any tips for them.

Liked: The staff is nice, and the hotel is very clean.
Disliked: The laundry facility was not good. Guests left their laundry there for hours, and the hotel staff did nothing until hours later. This was frustrating.

Comfortable king bed

Liked: The bed was super comfy! Even though it’s a 3 star hotel class, the lobby was renovated, bright and welcoming. We went to use the pool & jacuzzi right when it opened and a janitor person was wiping down wet chairs with attention to detail! Complimentary water bottles!
Disliked: Hallways could use some updates. Feels quite old school style

Disliked: Parking costing $25, I think to match the quality of the hotel and service, parking should be included.

Liked: Excellent customer service, very clean spaces, excellent location (bus stop and Target store just across the street), great amenities.
Disliked: TV channels weren't working
