Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel

The hotel was great. Great location. Amazing, helpful, and joyful staff. The room was phenomenal. The beds super comfortable.

I did not expect the hotel room to smell like mold or it had a dingy smell. It might have been because of the rain but it was not pleasant. Also for the price I am surprised a refrigerator was not in the room. Last, the service at the bar/lounge was very rude. The gentleman who attended to us was very unprofessional, rolling his eyes, speaking under his breath and he was very grumpy. But at the end one young lady that brought us room service was very polite and sweet.

Liked: Valet parking was very easy. Check was quick and easy as well. The room was amazing. Restroom clean and elegant. The pool and jacuzzi were AMAZING. Also give complimentary water bottles.
Disliked: The valet parking is just really expensive
