Liked: Kirsten, who checked me in, and Troy, the doorman/ bellman, were over the top helpful and friendly. And this was Christmas night, when most everyone would rather be elsewhere than at work. Troy brought my bags to my room, tried to refuse a tip, and even let me park overnight under the Port- cochere .And Greg, when I made a reservation for January 5 some days before my stay, told me I could leave my car there (in the lot, not under the port-cochere!) in the interim I am gone. Kevin, the bartender, mixed and excellent drink and also was quite friendly.
Disliked: Hmmm…Well, I could have used more coffee in the room as I make it strong, so made only two half cups. (This is all I can come up with to answer this question.)
