Sheraton Fallsview Hotel

No very pleasant

Liked: The location of the hotel is very good. I liked it.The breakfast was good. lots of varieties.
Disliked: There were numerous issues, and it's not worth the money.The room had a smell.The bathroom shower door was not closing properly, and water was coming out every time we took a shower.The Iron was in extremely bad condition and beaten up. It has destroyed my very costly new white shirt with all the black marks.We needed a water and shower cap, no one was there in the front desk, we called guest service and room service, no one replied. We walked down and could not find anyone to give us water to drink.I forgot my electric toothbrush in the room. I have called the hotel a few times to connect me with the lost and found, and every time they put me on hold, and then I had to call again. I have not received any response from them yet.

Disliked: The Falls view buffet was awful and very expensive.....

Liked: The location is great and the room is spacious!
Disliked: The facility is a bit old especially in that in bathrooms. The staff is not as patient and warm as should be.

Liked: View, great room clean central good shop and cafes available.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor pre cooked eggs etc couldn’t have poached eggs made.
