Fallsview hotel

Liked: Really enjoyed our stay at the Fallsview. Our room on the 17th floor was clean and spacious with outstanding views of the falls.Staff were helpful and friendly.Highly recommended.
Disliked: Nothing.

Sheraton means high standards but...

Liked: Location was prime as it was next door to the falls
Disliked: Room we stayed had no room and the bathroom was very small. The Bell service didn’t show up even when I spoke to some rude lady on the phone at guest service. I bumped into a gentleman who was the bell service and he said I’ll be up in the room now. It seems information wasn’t transparent

Very nice place, friendly, price...

Liked: Location to all activities and food.
Disliked: That when I was checking in the lady charged me for room again because she did see it was paid for through booking.com. But it now being refunded .
