It was an ok stay....
Liked: My grandson loved the view of the boats.
Disliked: I would have rather been facing Lake Erie. Carpet was stained.

Great location!
Liked: we didn't arrive at the hotel until shortly before 10:00 p.m. on Sunday night and we're pretty famished after flying from California .Found out the only way we could order something to eat was in the bar through room service.Fun to find out that the partygoers in the bar were part of the Teddy Swims crew!
Disliked: Wished that there might have been a pool. If there was, we never found it.

Liked: Room view was excellent!
Disliked: Having to pay for parking in the garage. Should be included with the room rate.

Liked: Extremely comfortable and clean. Staff was great and the location was wonderful.
Disliked: Two45 was a bit overpriced and was sub-par compared to the amazing restaurants nearby.

Pleasant experience. Very nice accommodations.
Liked: View was nice. Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The weather was nice so...
Liked: Although we requested a KING bed and ended up with a queen. It was comfortable.
Disliked: We paid for the room through Booking .com in March. We got there at 4. The rooms still weren't ready! Unacceptable! I requested Bayfront and a king size bed. I got Marina side and a queen size bed! Asked if they would supply free parking to compensate. The Front Desk (who could barely speak English and the Manager (Who wasn't much better) RUDELY said NO. A little kindness goes a long way! If the room hadn't already been paid for I would have left. Customer service means a lot to me and they need some classes on how to treat customers. I am a Marriot Bonvoy card holder and this was the worst service I have ever received. Will never stay there again
