Worst stay at a hotel...

Disliked: We had broken toilets in our room. Let the staff know on multiple occasions, but no one came to fix it. We could not use the bathroom because flushing would flood the entire room.

Liked: Convenience of the location
Disliked: The room temperature was hot. We informed the front desk twice. They sent maintenance twice but the room temperature did not go down. We asked for another room but were told to try the option of maintenance first and see if that works. I complained to Cheena at the front desk during check out. She took down my number and told me a manager would call. It’s almost a week later and no manager has called

Hotel was generally nice, but...

Liked: Hotel was clean and in a good location.
Disliked: I am handicapped and needed a roll in shower. My confirmation said this is what I had. When I got there the hotel had given me a handicapped room with a tub/shower which is totally unsuitable for me. Staff said they had no handicap rooms with a roll-in shower even though this is what my confirmation said. I decided to switch to a non-handicapped room that had a shower with a 3 or 4 inch threshold to enter the shower. This was a big mistake as the rest of the room was unsuitable. I had to travel to the lobby to go to the bathroom for example. There were many other problems. I think Booking.com just puts what the customer asks for without really checking with the hotel. This is totally unacceptable for someone like me that has to have what they are requesting. If Booking.com actually checked with the hotel and were told the requested room type was available, then the hotel is responsible. Either way, I did not get the room I requested and was guaranteed and I had a miserable 4 night stay. Someone not handicapped can never Understand the issues presented.

Liked: Excellent customer service. Room service was good too. Overall very pleasant experience.

I was thankful

Liked: I was pleased with the restaurant and the quick check in. My daughter and I were stranded, we needed a place for the night. I'm sure I probably looked liked it, and their was no judgement.
Disliked: I didn't like that I couldn't book a room from the front desk. While holding my toddler sleep and bags, I had to go online and book before checking in!
