Overnight Stay at the Sheraton...

Liked: Excellent breakfast with many food options.Great room with airport views.Professional check in staff
Disliked: Very difficult to contact the hotel with an Australian mobile phone re Hotel shuttle pick up point.Very difficult to locate the hotel shuttle bus pick up point at DFW, in the first instance.The hotel needs to provide better directions/instructions for shuttle bus pick up pointsWaited one hour for eventual transfer to the hotel.Would definitely return if in the Dallas area again.

Hotels are in the hospitality...

Liked: Comfortable bed, quiet. The bartender in the lobby bar was very warm and friendly, which I really needed at that point. When the hotel sent an email asking for feedback, I explained about the shuttle and the hostile woman at the check-in desk, and he did offer an apology.
Disliked: The woman who checked me in was hostile to me when after she asked me how I was, I said I was angry that I had to wait 50 minutes for the hotel shuttle to pick me up. The shuttle driver said neither hello nor goodbye, much less, “Sorry for the delay.”
