Liked: Comfortable bed, quiet. The bartender in the lobby bar was very warm and friendly, which I really needed at that point. When the hotel sent an email asking for feedback, I explained about the shuttle and the hostile woman at the check-in desk, and he did offer an apology.
Disliked: The woman who checked me in was hostile to me when after she asked me how I was, I said I was angry that I had to wait 50 minutes for the hotel shuttle to pick me up. The shuttle driver said neither hello nor goodbye, much less, “Sorry for the delay.”

Disliked: Booked king 1 month ago, was given a double. Checked in before 3:00 pm. Told I did not book in advance even though I had a confirmation. Would not change our room because they were sold out. Yet hours later there were lines checking in, and while I was trying to settle this, a man checked in with no reservation and was given a suite. REALLY. This hotel was our 1st choice because of location. Not again.
