Would not stay again.

Disliked: Staff did not want to honor the reservation that was made. They stated that all the rooms had been booked and told us we did not have a reservation even after being provided with a printout of the reservation. It took a couple of hours before they finally accommodated us. Seeing as we arrived close to midnight and had an early morning flight out (due to bad weather our flights had been changed), we got little sleep.

Liked: I had registered with Booking.com, but it took forever for that confirmed registration to reach the hotel. I was up until 2 a.m. and had to leave the next morning.

Good comfortable hotel with restaurant...

Liked: Very comfortable bed and spacious room. As I had connecting flight with luggage checked through, I received tooth brush and other amenities needed. Great service at the reception desk and the bar. I could enjoy late dinner at the restaurant.
Disliked: The shuttle service was disastrous. After a long flight, I waited for 1h20 at the courtesy van area to be picked up. At the end, the driver told me he came, but it’s my fault I did not see him. The call center lady was more than rude explaining I am waiting at the wrong area which was not the case. Terrible experience with extremely rude people. I understand though these are not hotel employees. The next day, going back to the airport, the shuttle service was on time and very polite.
