Beware of spontaneous cancellation and...

Liked: Room was fine, bed was good but the billing practice was nonsensical. At first, the desk told me the room had been cancelled. This after I had just received a message telling me “your room is ready”. When the room was reinstated it was at the wrong rate. When the bill came later, I was charged for two rooms, the “cancelled room” and the new one, both at wrong rates. Days and telephone calls later, it was finally sorted out.
Disliked: My room was cancelled and the mess after that.

Great hotel, good location

Nice room and quiet

Liked: Overall great experience. Room was nice, it was quiet and the pool was a perfect temperature and hot tub was nice. The only complaint was that they charge 10 dollars for parking. They rent the lot out to non guests so there were almost no parking spots to park. They do not offer room service or if they do they did not have a menu in the room.
