Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

Overall I was very disappointed. I've traveled to many places and stayed at many wonderful hotels - this just wasn't one of them. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Liked: Beautiful lobby and close to stores/food.
Disliked: No free breakfast; no fridge; a maze to get to the room; $57 a night for parking; room was extremely cold; overpriced per night.

Right in the heart of downtown Denver, you have easy access to a variety of restaurants and retail stores.

Liked: The room was amazing. We did not expect it to be so spacious. Two of us were working remotely during our stay and the extra space allowed us each to have more space to work in. Food and beverage options were great! Service was attentive. The pool was wonderful!!!
Disliked: Accessing the hotel, both walking and via car, was confusing due to construction. I know that's not in the hotel's control, but it made the stay a little bit of a hassle

Liked: The hotel is located in the downtown area, close to the state capitol, business district, and other attractions, making it very convenient. The staff are friendly, and the fried food from room service is exceptionally good.
Disliked: The room is compact, the bed is small, and the appliances are quite old. On our first day there, we noticed several issues: the toilet flushed too forcefully and splashed, the sink drained poorly, there was no microwave unless requested, and the lamp's electricity was unstable. Fortunately, after we called the front desk, the maintenance staff helped resolve all of these problems.

Liked: The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel is very centrally located.
Disliked: There is no breakfast option, but only some cafes options inside the hotel.When you arrive, the hotel forces you to pay a "destination fee": they take more than 20 dollars per night, and you can partially redeem them through some food or drink options. In my opinion this is a big scam! Definitely not enough value for your money.

Disliked: Rooms are a maze! Lots of walking to get through the hotel. Front desk staff seemed to not want to be bothered.

Liked: The food was good. I attended Zahi Hawass lecture. Very nice space for the talk. Two large screens were perfect!
Disliked: I couldn’t enter the hotel because I didn’t have a key yet. I waited until people left the building before I could check in.
