Sheraton Dallas Hotel

Perfect location: close enough to Deep Ellum to get to the show after a short cab ride but far enough to leave the noise and crowd behind when you get back.

Liked: Very well-appointed room in a great location for the trip.
Disliked: None.

Liked: Great rate for a very nice hotel.

Would recommend your facility to anyone traveling in the greater Dallas area.

Disliked: Couldn't stay longer.

We spent $400 on a dinner and brought back the leftovers and were unable to heat them up or keep them cold. The pull out couch for the kids was nice but the TV wouldn't work so they ended up watching with us.

Liked: Clean room; excellent hospitality.
Disliked: No refrigerator or microwave; bigger TV in sitting area had a green tint to every channel.

An outstanding staff and stay...

Liked: The staff was outstanding. Every single employee was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to solve any problem and to offer ongoing assistance. My only complaint was that the conference rooms were really really cold! So much so that attendees were buying blankets. Other than that, it was probably the best hotel stay I have ever experienced.
Disliked: Just the temperature control.

Disliked: They did not honor my breakfast included. They said my room did not incluse breakfast and when I showed them the reservation they said I had to contact Booking.

Shower didn’t work, low amenities...

Liked: It didn’t have bed bugs
Disliked: The room was terrible for the price, the shower had only hot water and wouldn’t drain when told the front desk maintenance came pulled a blob of gross hair out said to fix it but it kept shooting extremely hot water or extremely cold . My family and I had trouble taking the quickest shower of our lives. For the price no fridge no microwave no WiFi what am I paying for they put us on the 23 floored just to view the back of the city. Couldn’t even get a city view the hotel looked empty. No water in the lobby for guess. We stayed at a 2star hotel in alien grin that had all the amenities water and coffee in the lobby and a shower that works for two less . Less than the cost of this hotel. I won’t ever come back. Then I was told the morning buffet was closed and to choose from a menu the food was terrible. Idk how this place is rated so high with such low quality very disappointed. Honestly feel ripped off
