Perfect location: close enough to Deep Ellum to get to the show after a short cab ride but far enough to leave the noise and crowd behind when you get back.
Liked: Very well-appointed room in a great location for the trip.

Would recommend your facility to anyone traveling in the greater Dallas area.
Liked: Very accommodating and friendly staff.
Disliked: Couldn't stay longer.

We spent $400 on a dinner and brought back the leftovers and were unable to heat them up or keep them cold. The pull out couch for the kids was nice but the TV wouldn't work so they ended up watching with us.
Liked: Clean room; excellent hospitality.
Disliked: No refrigerator or microwave; bigger TV in sitting area had a green tint to every channel.

Disliked: There was not a fridge in my king suite which for that amount of money there should be. Also should be free complimentary breakfast.

Liked: My friend enabled us to get an upgrade on our room. The beds were great! We needed the temp a little cooler to sleep more comfortable but overall it was a fantastic room for our needs. We were on a business trip and the hotel's accommodations were super.
Disliked: I would have preferred not having to go right downtown Dallas, but that is where our conference was held so we had no choice. Our timing was good, so we didn't have any traffic issues.

Liked: We upgraded to the executive suite up on the 27th floor. It was a great view of Downtown Dallas.
Disliked: There was a party going on downstairs and apparently there was an incident that happened. An investigator showed up with the police and were questioning people there.

Disliked: We were to have (per your room description) a microwave, mini-fridge and robes. On the second day (we got in later the first day), we discovered there were none of these items. When I discussed with a hotel rep they replied, "Oh, this was booked through a third party vendor, they can say anything.". I advised them that they (you) are an agent of the hotel, and I can rely on the agent's representations. Then they replied, "T\these items have to be requested by the customer, and we have a limited amount of these items as we are the largest hotel in Texas." as if this was an appropriate excuse! On the fourth day, we returned to the room after dark, and I proceeded to shower. I had notice the last couple of days that finding the balance between hot and cold was very tricky. Well this night there was only cold water, even with the handle moved to all the way hot. It was quite late so we did not shower. I advised the front desk the next morning telling them very carefully at least three times there was no hot water in the shower. They promised is would be fixed during the day. Came back to the room around 10PM and saw a message from the maintenance man. Said water tested out at 120 degrees (obviously not the shower water); suggested I make sure I used the shower handle correctly. Uh oh! I tried the shower and nothing but cold water. I went to the concierge, showed him the note, explained to him the situation. He had a maintenance man at the room within 10 minutes. Yep, part inside the handle was broke, not allowing hot water. Took 40 minutes to get a part and replace (not the that maintenance man's problem - I tipped him). People at either the front desk or the first maintenance man, or both, DID NOT LISTEN. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Liked: staff was great!!
Disliked: Too many people had to walk down 14 flight of stairs due to we couldn't get on elevator cause too many people. Waited 20 mins for one!
